Perfect Apartments
September 23, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI NL, have been a resident at the Cloisters Apartments for a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. The amenities and surroundings are excellent—perfect for both students and families. The leasing office staff are always supportive and approachable. In particular, Michael has been exceptionally helpful; he goes out of his way to assist in every possible manner, making the living experience here even more enjoyable.

June 10, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI contacted Ms.Nesbitt for an application and within 2 days she walked me through the process and got me approved with NO HASSLE I see a lot of negative feedback I’m not sure why! But my experience was good every call or email was quick response even on her off day she stayed in contact with me I have to say Ms.Nesbitt gets the job done and does it well and very professional !!! Made my experience easy and stress free
Horrible Management and Building Conditions
March 31, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe property management here is horrible. The apartments are infested with mice, centipedes, spiders and mold. They refuse to fix our broken washing machine and also left us with broken air conditioning for 3 weeks in the summer. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The buildings are in horrible condition and the trash compactors often break down, leaving garbage sitting outside the dumps. Property management does little to fix or address concerns, often just choosing to put a bandaid on a much larger issue.
