Perfect Apartments
September 23, 2025I NL, have been a resident at the Cloisters Apartments for a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. The amenities and surroundings are excellent—perfect for both students and families. The leasing office staff are always supportive and approachable. Beautiful apartments.
January 4, 2025I have been living at The Cloisters for just over five years, and my experience has been wonderful. I truly love this place! However , I plan on leaving this property because I’m ready to purchase a house and own property. The apartments are very spacious, and the community is quiet, peaceful, and secluded—ideal for anyone seeking a serene living environment. Maintenance has always been responsive; they typically address any issues within a day. Regarding concerns about pests mentioned in other ...reviews, I can say I’ve never experienced any such issues in my unit. One of the main reasons why I was drawn to apply was the customer service of the leasing personals. My experience was great
June 10, 2020I contacted Ms.Nesbitt for an application and within 2 days she walked me through the process and got me approved with NO HASSLE I see a lot of negative feedback I’m not sure why! But my experience was good every call or email was quick response even on her off day she stayed in contact with me I have to say Ms.Nesbitt gets the job done and does it well and very professional !!! Horrible Management and Building Conditions
March 31, 2020The property management here is horrible. The apartments are infested with mice, centipedes, spiders and mold. They refuse to fix our broken washing machine and also left us with broken air conditioning for 3 weeks in the summer. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The buildings are in horrible condition and the trash compactors often break down, leaving garbage sitting outside the dumps. Property management does little to fix or address concerns, often just choosing to put a bandaid on a much larger issue.Review from Apartments.com
