January 1, 2025The staff doesn’t provide timely services. Our washer was broken for a month before they got it fixed. Our fridge was broken for 2 weeks before they sent someone to fix it. They just have a lacking care for maintaining the property.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024The maintenance has been terrible. I thought my microwave would have been shocked by now. The experience isn't great at all. I had requested the change for the microwave and no one has done anything about it. One of the burners on the stove is also broken and I also visited the leasing office like 5 times I just really got sick of asking for someone to come fix it. November 5, 2024My apartment was without hot water for three weeks it was only once we had reported them to the city that the issue was fixed and even the small things have not been fixed they inspected the unit and promised a new cushion weeks ago and never came backProperty Manager Responded

November 11, 2024Maintenance and Management don't do anything, but besides that, everything is fine. The facilities are generally okay, and the overall environment is pleasant. The community is friendly, and there are plenty of amenities available for use.
