I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and management has always been responsive whenever anything comes up. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly.
Overall it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for an apartment in the area.

Beside it is a beautiful place, the problem is the people who work in the office… they don’t have any consideration and respect to the people who live there…. They treat them bad, and laugh when they ask for something… if the office don’t respect the others, all the beauty of the place goes down… I think the owners should rethink the way the employees are working

They have 1 room apartment, 2 room apartment and 3 room apartment. I’m with a roommate and they gave us 1 parking spot and there is not available for the second one. And the guest parking you can only park for 14 days, now day said 10 days. They are always changing and I asked if they would have parking for the second car and they said it would be available just on July, my lease ends in July.

This by far has been the worst place I have ever lived in. Unprofessional and rude staff. Extra added fees added every month and not to mention only 6 guest spaces and they will tow any car. Lost documented important agreements that we have signed and sent over. Most residents are very rude as well. All I can say is.. save yourself the hassle. Very expensive for a apartment that is so small, not even a storage closet. Very disappointed, we had high hopes.
