May 20, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMy lease with the Club at Danforth ended October 31st, 2021. Following the end of my lease was a Conservice Utility Bill stating I was due to be refunded $237.01 of my $400.00 security deposit. My Georgia mailing address was provided prior to end of my lease so they knew where to mail the check. However, 30 days following the end of my lease I still had not received my refund to the Georgia address. After the new year I called the front desk to notify them that the check was never received to the ...GA address. I also gave them my new Florida address hoping to finally receive the check in a more timely manner since it had now been well over two months since I moved out. I spoke to a young man who confirmed that check was apparently sent out but never cashed. (If the check was "sent out" but never cashed that obviously means a person did not receive it). During the phone call I provided him with my Florida address and patiently waited another few months. MONTHS! On April 18th, I visited the Club at Danforth and spoke with a young man. I told him what I just mentioned above and he assured me I would be taken care of. I again gave him the SAME Florida address. By May 6th, 2022 I had still HAD NOT received my deposit refund check. Remember, my lease ended October 31st, 2021. It was now May 6th, 2022. That is SIX WHOLE MONTHS of waiting on $237.01. On this day, for the third time in SIX months, I emailed Danforth staff to inform them of how I had not received the money they owed me. The manager emailed me confirming that she was aware of my having a new FL address that I had provided back in April. 14 days pass and still nothing. The day is now 20 May, 2022. I speak to J****** and the manager and she emails me after the phone conversation stating the check has been generated and was sent with tracking but I will probably receive the check before I get the tracking number...? September 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI toured all of the properties under the management company that owns this apartment complex and chose to go with this one because Aaliyah was amazing. She really made this place feel like home before I ever even moved in. I felt it was a very personalized experience. Her and Mandy have already done so much for me to help me through this entire thing so that I was 1000% satisfied with my place. My neighbors have been nice, the community is small and quiet, and I’ve spoken to every single staff ...member and have been more than impressed with how kind they all are to me. She provided us with plenty of information about the property and surrounding community, as well as the application process. She reassured us of all our questions and concerns before applying as we are selling our home and haven’t leased in years. We were sold before we even left the office to tour the model. It is well maintained, clean, and you can trust the images that they provide online of what you will get when coming here (this is something that you cannot say with most properties). Aaleyah was the ultimate difference maker that changed our whole perspective of this property after our long awaited tour. Moving to ...Jacksonville from the Tampa area, it really stuck out to us how she remained in constant communication with us and ensured that we got into a unit that fit our every need. Horrible staff
May 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comWhat a horrible staff. I had such a disaster of a tour with I believe the assistant manager only to never be followed up with about availability. The clubhouse was dirty and not a place I’d want to visit often. The property manager always seems to be late and leave early. Just a mess.Property Manager Responded

You came in right after a major shipment was delivered of the upgrades on top of cabinets, counters, and flooring being installed. The clubhouse is under full renovation and will soon reopen with a brand new coffee bar and more for our residents to enjoy.
