May 12, 2022I was one of the first people to live here, I have stayed because it is such a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly, from the staff to the tenants. The amenities are a definite plus. The pool is great, along with the outdoor kitchen area. I have met many people, just sitting by the pool! Another plus is the location to everything, along with all of the bike/walking paths that surround the area. I am extremely happy to call this place home!Property Manager Responded

Best place I’ve lived in so far in Sartell!
November 29, 2021I can honestly say, Club at Heritage has been the best place I’ve lived in Sartell so far! The building & facilities are kept neat & clean. The Apts are nice with their own washer/dryer. And the apt layouts are very nice. Management has been exceptional since I moved in a few months ago. They have always been willing to assist with any issues that may occur. I have always gotten a prompt response & follow thru with any questions or concerns I have. This is a quality I cannot express enough ...appreciation for. Thank you to all the staff at Club at Heritage for making me feel happy & pleased to live here. Luxury? Um yes!
February 5, 2021I’ve lived here for two years and it is absolutely a fabulous place to call home. Management answers any concerns I’ve had promptly, and contrary to what some reviews are saying, they do clearly address smoking/parking issues and I’ve seen prompt positive changes for sure. Also may I just say, their snow removal is always consistent and a huge perk when you have to get to work after a lovely dumping of snow. It’s expensive to live here which is why I am moving but the price includes so much. The ...pool is amazing, grill areas always a great place to hang out, I’ve reserved the community room on a couple occasions and guests are always very comfortable and impressed. Highly recommend and I genuinely have no complaints except that the huge windows make it harder to keep warm on subzero days, but the huge windows allow so much sunlight in I can’t really complain about that too much.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
February 15, 2020Management is not helpful. There have been five different staff members in the office since it opened. The current staff are inexperienced and unavailable most the time. It is not worth the hassel.Review from Apartments.com

December 6, 2019The complex is nice, because its new. However, they do not control parking, dogs, and SMOKING. They call themselves smoke free but do not control it. When I told the management about a dog/Rottweiler that went after my wife while in the building... Emily said, "well is it on a leash".. It was a terrifying moment. IN addition, to the many dogs outside the complex "NOT" on leashes. Lastly, people park where, if you have a garage not attached to the building, you can not get out at times. I shared ...my concerns, but nothing has happened. Kaitlyn offered to move my garage location, but it would not help. I emailed her on a variety of issues, as she told me to, but has not responded to me. Also, the satirs and floors always need vacuumed...
