I recently moved in. I saw some mixed reviews online about these apartments. I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience here so far, from the management/property manager to the construction team taking care of things right away. The price is fair also. I like the amenities of the clubhouse, pool, and basketball court. The walls here are so incredibly thin, and same with the floors. I can hear my neighbor talking through the wall in my bathroom and bedroom. I can hear their footsteps at 1 in the morning. Disregard quiet hours because nobody listens to that anyway. The property management is in Green Bay so good luck trying to get someone to help you with any issues you come across. I had 2 smoke alarms going off at different times for weeks (still is) without a fire. What a ridiculous amount to pay for rent for ...

Was great until the complex got bought by focus. They are useless and don’t live up to their promises mission statement. Once you sign that lease and they get their money, they no longer return calls in a timely fashion. They aren’t personable once you sign that lease. The pool and fitness center aren’t secure because they can’t nor care to figure out the fob situation so just anyone from anywhere can walk in and use the amenities. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for these amenities and ...
