    Was great until the complex got bought by focus. They are useless and don’t live up to their promises mission statement. Once you sign that lease and they get their money, they no longer return calls in a timely fashion. They aren’t personable once you sign that lease. The pool and fitness center aren’t secure because they can’t nor care to figure out the fob situation so just anyone from anywhere can walk in and use the amenities. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for these amenities and ...
    just anyone can use them. I will say even though the maintenance guy, Brian can be a jerk and isn’t personable he is very responsive and responds to requests quickly. The laundry facilities are always a mess and the carpet in the hallways are filthy.

    When researching apartments on craigslist I came across The Club at Oak Creek. From the get-go, Barbara was very helpful and prompt in her responses when I worked to find a place to live in Sheboygan. The leasing process was very quick, when I had a clarification question about the lease it was cleared up very quickly, and I was absolutely delighted by the move-in process (welcome package and a warm welcome from the management staff!) The apartment itself is great, spacious, nice balcony, ...
