Poor Maintenance and Misleading “Pet-Friendly” Policies and Not recommended Apartments
December 30, 2025I lived at The Clusters Apartments for two years. After two flooding incidents, maintenance response was slow and incomplete, leaving odors and ceiling damage. Repairs took weeks, and staff often blamed pets despite secure crating. Overall, poor communication and unreliable maintenance make this complex hard to recommend.Property Manager Responded

Property is exactly what we need.
April 9, 2025I am not gong to lie and say this is the nicest apartment complex ever, and there are one or two things that are less then ideal. But this place is awesome. The staff is friendly and competent, the apartment is roomy, having washer and dryer in the unit is really convenient and its right next to Walmart. The water shuts off every Wednesday, (thankfully I am usually at work), and sometimes it takes a while for maintenance to get to the problems but they do get solved. The pool is still not ...available, but I am excited for when it is. Overall, this property deserves 4 stars.Property Manager Responded

Great community
June 27, 2023We've been living here for 2 years,and this is the best apt experience we've had in a long time. Maintenance are fast to fix anything needed .Every morning they are picking up around the apts and taking care of the the property.Most other apts look like a grey prison.The Clusters staff work hard to make the apts a great place to live .Property Manager Responded

Be careful,
November 3, 2022I've been here since may and has had 2 reports of shootings in the complex, trash everywhere, staff is rude, a ton of hidden fees , no walking trail, dog park, and horrible fitness center. Pools always closed. Don't fall for there fake reviews. JUST REMEMBER 2 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MURDERED SINCE MAY 2022.Review from Apartments.com
The Location!
August 31, 2021I am always pleasantly surprised by the maintenance staff, as well as the girls in the office! All of them are so sweet and I truly feel at home here I also feel obliged to mention that the Clusters is in the PERFECT spot in Midland! It is right next to Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, Wendy's, Regal Cinema, Bush Tennis Center, and so much more! This complex is in the most convenient location in Midland! If you have kids as I do, the nearest schools are only as far as ten minutes away. I myself have a ...7-year old, 12-year old, and 17-year old, and they are all within 10 minutes of the complex. This is a perfect spot in Midland, and I highly recommend The Clusters to anyone looking for a location with a wide variety of things near them!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Entertainment!
August 31, 2021Where to start? I and my little family absolutely loved living here! Unfortunately, we moved out of the complex a couple of weeks ago due to family emergencies in another state, however, while we were there(around a year I would say) it was nothing but impressive! The staff and maintenance guys always fix something when I have complaints, and they respond quickly when doing so. Plus, the gym is always nice and clean (I and my husband are gymaholics), and so are the pools! The grounds are also ...always picked up and tidy as well, and the property is beautiful! Clean Property!
August 24, 2021I have been living at the Clusters for about 8 months now and have had no negative experiences while living here! One honorable mention is that at the previous apartments I lived at in my hometown, the grounds were extremely unkempt and there was always trash and dog poop all over the complex! At this property, however, there has been an amazing upkeep of grounds! I am super impressed with this complex in comparison to my old apartment!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful experience
August 24, 2021Terrific people, both maintenance and office staff! Lovely outside areas. Being a single woman nearing retirement age it is a great comfort to me to feel safe walking around no matter what time of day! Parking can be a little tight, but having the option to have a reserved spot by my front door solved this issue for me. My grandkids love coming to visit me and going to the pool where on one occasion we were even treated to an ice cream. Astounding Property with Amazing Pool!
August 24, 2021Where do I start! I have been living at the Clusters for around 2 and a half years now, and I have been all but disappointed! The ladies in the office are always very welcoming and up for a conversation, and the maintenance team has always been super good about responding to my complaints in good time!
