August 12, 2023Cops on the property constantly for all the crime, had property stolen from my locked car, air conditioner broken for months, poor management, dog and goose poop everywhere, pools closed for half the year, wasp nests in the kids’ play areas, junkies knocking on doors, random gun shots. Horrible Property Condition and Maintenance
July 1, 2022RPM Management should be ashamed of the deterioration in the condition of this property. The lakes have been drained of water due to a broken pump system. The view from our apartment is a muddy pit. Submitted a maintenance request for a broken dishwasher 4 weeks ago and it still has not been repaired.Property Manager Responded

Exactly what I hoped for!
July 11, 2021I just moved in to The Coast from NY after doing all my paperwork over the phone and via email. The Assistant Property Manager, Thalia, was super helpful and answered my many questions promptly. She made our relocation seamless. The apartment (we are renting 2bed/2bath Marco floor plan) is exactly as pictured in the virtual tour video. We have only lived here for 4 days now but we absolutely love it! Not great!!!!
June 22, 2020I take my reviews seriously, and I always check them before moving in to a place. This complex is just okay. It has a great location, but that's it. Our A.C has gone down twice this summer, we've had flooding in our apartment, and the front office staff is not helpful AT ALL. There is smoking at the pools, and someone is always parked in the grass in front of our door. They don't do anything about it. Our mail gets lost all the time. An amazing living experience.
May 10, 2018I have lived at this property for almost 1 year and It has been an amazing living experience. The apartment is comfortable, clean, updated and has a beautiful view. Wonderful place to live if you enjoy peace and quiet in a safe neighborhood. The leasing office staff are awesome and the maintenance crew is always there when you need them. I believe I have lived at the Coast since 1997
December 13, 2017I moved into The Remington' s in 1997 and now it is called The Coast. I have seen a lot of changes within management and owners. I have been in the one bedroom apartment on top floor since 2002 and plan on moving downstairs in a renovated apartment. I look forward to the new apartment but a little worried about being on a bottom floor and hopefully my neighbors will not be loud or of course if they are I will complain. I am looking forward to not going up and downs stairs anymore. I just wanted ...to say what makes me stay there is the convenience, the area and I finally love the management and the new updates. I love Jennifer, Mariah and Maggie in the office because they treat me like family and always listen and do whatever it takes to make me happy. I cannot say enough about how great the ladies are. I also have to say Zack rocks and he is always willing to help me on anything I need. I do not know all the other guys names but they are good also. Awesomeness close to beach!
August 5, 2017Just moved in from out of town....smooth & easy application process. Great location. Friendly and kind management. Couple things needed fixing and both were done in less than 24 hrs. I'm in a renovated unit, ground floor with a view of the lakes. Perfect for morning coffee on the screen in patio! These apartments were built in the 80s, so keep that in mind when setting your expectations! Quiet, comfortable and close to everything! You'll love it here!Property Manager Responded

Priced right, great management, excellent location!
September 24, 2015I signed a lease here for a ground floor unit about a month before I moved in because they were in the process of remodeling all the units as they became available. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. They are working hard to improve this property and are easy to work with. August 26, 2015Our unit is just the right size for 2 people. The maintenance guys are helpful and prompt about getting to you. There are 2 pools, a spa (haven't been) and a small gym (haven't been). Close to schools and shopping. About 1/2 mile from the beach There's not much crime in Ponte Vedra which is a definite plus. They're upgrading all the units you know marble counter tops, new cabinets, new appliances and new carpet. They'll be raising the rent again...we'll see.Review from Apartments.com
