Way better than it used to be
September 23, 2024I’ve lived here for over 10 years and the location is getting better. The maintenance guy is great and comes every time I call. New Management Should be a good thing
July 10, 2023Under New Management which after reading the reviews, I thought was a great thing. However, I was set to move in one day however that got pushed back a week because of GA Power at least that's what I was told. When I did get the keys there was still work being done in my unit. I moved in a few of my items and returned a day later to finish. When I returned My front door and sliding door were both left wide open and the unit was leaking and flooded downstairs.Property Manager Responded

Roach Infested
May 25, 2023I lived here when it was Riverside Townhomes. I started getting roaches really bad when the spring came (1st year). They came and sprayed repeatedly but to no avail. I pulled out the washer and boom, roach traps THAT WERE OLD! So apparently it was an ongoing issue. They didn’t even have the decency to remove the old tenants roach traps. HORRIBLE
April 15, 2022TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is a joke, the only repairs they do is when someone moves out of a unit and another person is getting ready to move back in. There are several plumbing issues that are ignored, bathrooms are located above the kitchen so kitchen ceiling will start to leak and since they don’t fix that, your ceiling will collapse and of course also leads to mold. If you go to the office, they will tell you that they are short on maintenance staff and will use that as an ...excuse to not have repairs done. Someone from corporate office will call you (if you’re lucky) and will tell you they someone will be there tomorrow but they don’t send anybody. If you try to call the office, it’s most likely that nobody will answer your call.Property Manager Responded
