While ours may not have the biggest roof top terrace in the city, ours is classy. While ours may not have the biggest gym in the city, ours is in an old bank vault. And while ours may not have a game room, a pool, a bike-repair station or a dog-washing room like some apartment buildings in Seattle, ours has timeless class. Building aside, our location could not be better. We sit above the University Street Station for the light rail. Downtown's public transportation hubs surround us. Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, Belltown--all a few blocks away, and yet a world away. Ours is a quiet block as we are surrounded mainly with office towers that empty out at 5pm, but the nightlife offered by our neighboring 'hoods is just a short walk or Uber ride away. Overall, The Cobb offers classic style with modern amenities that appeal to those of us who prefer a building with a soul over one with an outdoor fire pit; one with a storied history over one with a modern sterility.
