My wife and I have lived at The Coil now for a year and highly recommend it! A clear stand out is their maintenance department and the lead, Carlos. Any time we have any issues he is quick to help us out and is a friendly employee that we are often striking up conversations with. Overall 5/5 experience and we appreciate the care we receive.

Overpriced dump.

This place is very poorly maintained. The whole building smells from leaks, etc. If you ever consider a tour, just pay attention to the wall sockets in the lobby and hallways. Hlade plug ins EVErYWHERE. High pressure tactics when they want someone to sign a lease. Terrible lease terms. Way above market rate. Hidden fees. Stay away.

The cost to live here does not match the quality of construction or management. Residents smoke both marijuana and cigarettes in their units or on their balconies causing the smell to enter other units. The monthly fees increase every month. The management does not plow or salt the top floor of the parking garage. The hallways are rarely cleaned and often smell of trash or mold. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, windows leak, and appliances are bottom barrel cheap. The complex is not ...

The management company has ruined this property

The Connor Group bought this complex in fall of 2022 and made a series of terrible changes. Not only did they double the price of everything from parking to pet fees, they also force residents to pay $100 for internet through them without any choice for something faster or cheaper. The Connor Group has an abysmal rating from the Better Business Bureau, which makes sense. They have litigated against former tenants who posted negative reviews and they will nickel and dime you on cleaning fees when ...
you move out so that they can keep your whole deposit. I cannot recommend enough against renting any property run by this company.

Living at The Coil for the last year and a half was such a pleasure experience. Walking distance to all what Broad Ripple had to offer is a delight. The management staff gets a A+ as they go about and beyond to getting everything you need. They host community events and it's a great way to meet the neighbors. Maintenance request are all online and the staff is super responsive. If you are looking for the best experience in Broad Ripple I would highly recommend The Coil.
