Wonderful apartments but some clarifications!
August 26, 2024Internet is not included, it’s $65 a month. There are no grills, spa, or hot tub. Leasing agent is only here 3 days a week! And do check the pro-rated bill for shared common area utilities!Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2024Jensen Rosario and Juan Alvarez are absolute life savers.. I mistakenly dropped my social security card of all things and after days of frantically looking for it and having given up hope these two gentlemen were actually able to keep an eye out after me requesting them to do so and they were able to find it for me.. they’ve been endlessly courteous and selfless even going as far as bringing in my portable ac for when my ac was down.. to helping me get around the community and introducing me to ...the area.. thank you guys so much.. cortland.. please give these two a raise… seriouslyProperty Manager Responded

April 24, 2024My girlfriend and I moved into this community recently and wanted to express our gratitude to Dannie, the leasing agent who worked with us, for alleviating a TON of pressure during the process. The tour we were provided on-site was very thorough and sold us entirely on the community. Everything is so new and so well maintained! When it came time to begin processing payment for fees, deposits, and insurance, we were walked through the process from start to finish and any questions we asked via ...phone or email were promptly responded to within 24 hours. We were also able to transfer our choice of units when the same floorplan became available closer to our move out date, which saved us LOADS of money and only took a simple phone call! Dannie, you are a life saver and we greatly appreciate all of your effort in getting us set up for success at Cortland. The community itself has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone in the leasing office and on the maintenance staff has been so friendly, attentive, and helpful. There’s constant communication about everything from office availability to community events, and the partner Cortland app helps facilitate this info (and maintenance requests) seamlessly. The unit itself lets in tons of natural light and provides loads of storage space, even for a smaller footprint than we’re used to. There have been some reviews floating around about the WiFi. My girlfriend and I both work from home full time and I’m happy to report the WiFi service has more than stood up to the test! Appliances are brand new and the amenities are huge upgrades from what we were used to in Miami (ESPECIALLY the gym, which was a huge selling point for me). And you absolutely can’t beat the location, especially if you love theme parks like we do. We’re literally five miles from Disney’s front gate and have been there several times in the past few weeks alone. Theme Parks not your speed? For a smaller “town,” Celebration has quite a bit to offer between shopping, the downtown area, restaurants, and the nearby Outlet Malls. You’re also right next to I4 and can be in Orlando in under 30 minutes. When can we sign the renewal already?!? Thank you so much Cortland!!!Property Manager Responded

The apartment is gorgeously designed, the community is in a perfect location (close to Disney for work, tranquil and quiet surrounding neighborhood), and the team here is fantastic! August 25, 2023I have lived here for a few months now and I could not be any happier! I love the location and of course the beautiful apartments. However, the number 1 thing that has stood out while living here is how nice all of the employees are. Dannie and Joi are both absolute gems. You can tell they both really care about the residents. I moved here from a complex where the employees weren't very nice at all, and I can tell you that it makes or breaks your experience! I am so happy I moved here. Great Experience
June 8, 2023I came across this beautiful community while searching for apartments online. Dannie was very accommodating and was able to get me scheduled for a tour quickly, even allowing me to come in near closing time due to my work schedule. I had to bring my son with me for the tour and they were also very accommodating of him, even offering snacks while waiting. I never felt rushed and the tour went well.
