The staff that answers the requests are very kind and good people. However, the management of the property in the office leaves much to be desired. I have had nothing but problems since I came here. I’m extremely disappointed. I doubt that anyone at corporate really cares what a tenant that pays their rent on time, cleans regularly, and follows the rules has to say. As long as they get paid, they will continue to do the minimum action you deem necessary and demand I do more than I should.

I love it here 2 years now and they have been great from lease issues to maintance they have been wonderful considerate and always willing to work with you to make sure your happy here! Looks pretty on the outside but the property management team is lacking in making the units move in ready. Garbage all over the area where the dumpsters are with no tenant responsibility. We pay for trash but have to walk it to another place for pick up or leave on our porch, this is not pleasing to the eye to see bags of trash on porches. These are just a few things I’ve seen and I haven’t even been in my townhouse a full month.
