March 29, 2022The staff that answers the requests are very kind and good people. However, the management of the property in the office leaves much to be desired. I have had nothing but problems since I came here. I’m extremely disappointed. I doubt that anyone at corporate really cares what a tenant that pays their rent on time, cleans regularly, and follows the rules has to say. As long as they get paid, they will continue to do the minimum action you deem necessary and demand I do more than I should.Property Manager Responded

They have been through many changes these last years and have done outstanding considering all they have done and are doing this place has improved on so many levels -even when the whole office staff was changed or moved the replacements have been just as helpful and considerate!!!!! Garbage all over the area where the dumpsters are with no tenant responsibility. We pay for trash but have to walk it to another place for pick up or leave on our porch, this is not pleasing to the eye to see bags of trash on porches.
