    Check out the City of Sandy Springs crime stats on this place. Remember, it’s in a “verified response” city which means that the police are under ordinance not to respond to alarms unless you provide evidence that you need help.

  • Worste property management

    Horrible customer service I moved here two months ago and someone tried to break into my house the first month I am a single female who lives alone there are no cameras on the outside of the entry of hallways from the Parking garage or in the hallways . When i asked to be let out of my lease because this happened during the night and was very scary they said no you have to pay two months rent . Then the lifting arm in front of the gate is so low you can not see it if you are in anything but a car ...
    . If you are in a suv you cannot see it and the delay is too long thus you accidentally hit it ALL the time . One day i ran through it on accident because I could not see and it broke . The office was not open so I did not report it and I went out of town for a week when I arrived home the day I was back my car got impounded and put on hold with a charge of hit and run on the car. I was charged 680$ for hitting the wooden arm to have it replaced before I could get my car back and I still have not been able to get my car for days now . Still waiting for the detective to release it. Not to mention they replaced it yesterday and it is already broken again as of today . Not to mention the damage it did to my vehicle ! Also the 175$ for towing so I am out almost 1,000 when they have Not even fixed the things that were wrong when I moved in ! My toilet is still broken with water running this is 2 and a half months I’ve been here too. Take note!

  • Talk about an awesome place

    I moved here two years ago. At first there were a couple bumps in the road as mentioned in a previous review. Buttttt, I stuck it out and I am so glad. There is really great walkability to some great restaurants and shops. Having a grocery store in the same community makes a HUGE difference in my work/life balance. I also feel like the staff is able to help me with a lot. I have needed help with direction towards the best route to move in, printing something off, getting a friend in my unit ...
    while away, etc. and they are always able to accommodate. If you want a great place to live with a beautiful apartment this is definitely the place!

    Ok. Let me begin w the good. Beautiful building with very nice and thoughtfully designed apartment homes. Nice location too. Nice gym and nice pool. Oh and the leasing agents well some are cool. Management doesn't give a hoot once you are in. Trust me on that. Neither does Wes the regional manager. Full of it and the same old canned replies if you have an issue. Now to the HORRENDOUS. AS OF JULY 1 2016 it appears they are renting these beautiful apartments to anyone who has a pulse and applies ...
    to move in. The rules aren't enforced. Hallways are never vacuumed unless u ask. I mean really. Common areas should be cleaned daily. Some residents leave their valet trash can out for days and that's against the rules. There are large rugs hanging over balconies in clear view of anyone riding by. Some residents are soooo inconsiderate of others yet management doesn't care so why should they. Report it and nothing happens. I've bee here 3 months and as beautiful as the apartment is I cannot wait to leave. It's more than that to me. To make this place the kind of community people are proud to call home will take a major overhaul. Sad but true.

  • Loving my new place!

    Just moved to Atlanta from New Jersey for work and I'm in love with my new place. Completely spacious. All the luxuries you could ever want i.e, huge walk-in closet, full size washer & dryer, high end stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, hardwood and carpeted flooring in the right places and an beautiful pool area which really looks like a 5 star hotel pool area. The location is perfect for my commute - less than 3 miles away and i don't have to get on any highways. Everything I need access is ...
    right on my street in both directions - from supermarkets, to gas stations, pharmacies, medical offices, nail salons, banks, and restaurants - namely WAFFLE HOUSE!(I've loved Waffle House since I was a kid). The staff here has been excellent from start to finish. They are really nice, accommodating, attentive and good at following up with you. If you are looking for a new place close to Buckhead, this is it.
