Easy Move-In The move in was easy and extremely straightforward. My unit, however, or my bedroom at least, was not fully clean. There was trash left in the closet and the drawers were full of dirt and paper. I still love my unit though.

Didn’t Even Come Maintenance never showed up at our apartment. Right when the request was opened, it was closed within a minute and we checked our ring camera and nobody ever came.

Staff has always been super friendly and kind but we have yet to be able to view the apartment type we are renting-only seen a 2 bed and we have a 4. Also would be helpful to provide a list of measurements for windows, etc

Maintenance is quick to answer service requests. Our house is spacious. The gates don’t work consistently, and neither does the printer at the clubhouse.

Overall a nice experience and friendly neighborhood! My only complaints are emergency maintenance never answers (which sucks during emergencies) and the front gate to get in is never closed so homeless people come to the pool

overall a great community to live in the staff is very nice and maintenance is quick to fix any problems when they arise. The only issue really is parking sometimes.
