Very hard!

Just moved in about two weeks ago. They are very hard to communicate with, you gotta call them multiple times for everything, they make you ask for EVERYTHING, they don’t offer any info upfront, come in with a ton of questions such as; is the apt in living conditions, does the bathroom work? Is it kinda cleaned out and not smelly? We moved into a dirty broken down apt unit. Both bathrooms didn’t work, and a few things they still have yet to fix from the last tenants even tho I clearly wrote them ...
down on the move in inspection sheet. Also if you have a dog I guess this is your place! You DONT have to clean after them! You will find so much crap on the grass from so many dogs so technically you are not allow to walk on the grass.

Just moved in April, and its been a great process so far. Madisson and Kimee have been fantastic through the application process. They're always prompt and following up, and overall have great communication. They handled some special circumstances I had with grace and were able to assist me a great deal. The community has been really nice. The day I toured they had a huge Easter event going on that looked great. The shared green spaces are so nice. Some of the units have been recently renovated ...
and may still have a hiccup or two, but the maintenance team has been very responsive and quick to fix things. Overall great experience here!

I have truly enjoyed living here. The staff is amazing, always responsive and helpful. This is a well-maintained community, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a peaceful living environment for residents. The maintenance team is also exceptional. Armando handled my maintenance request efficiently and in a timely manner, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend living here!

I've only been living here for a short time maybe 3 months. And I must say if I have any type of problem,concerning my apartment. The maintenance comes through correctly,perfectly, on time and does a great job. So shout out to the maintenance here, and I love how they come and clean up around here, get all the garbage up in the morning I love it.

I have been living here for going on 2 years and will be renewing to live here for a 3rd! I lived here through the transition of new owners and the new owners are amazing! They provide lots of activities for the residents. There are so many different floor plans to choose from (I have lived in 2 different ones each other great), 2 pools, a dog park, a park, grills, and more! The location is great also!

I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and was ready with my ID pretty quick. Once verifying what I was looking for I was given info and shown the first apartment. The second one, was so much more me and I can really see myself living in that style option. Now if I could just get view off the back balcony?!

This apartment is amazing, the fitness center is amazing, the dog wash is amazing, and if you play pickel ball, you will be in heaven. Did I mention I love it here! And the price is much better than others I have checked out! Totally Recommend!

Upon moving in, our unit was nothing like the one we toured. We were told that the only difference would be the color of appliances. When entering for the first time, it looked like nothing had been cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom needed a full deep clean and still have stains everywhere. A few months after moving in I found a huge hole under our bathroom sink that was damp and looked like water damage. They just put plywood over it. terrifying. I’m scared if I sneezed, the whole thing would come down and they refuse to tell me when it was inspected last. The trash dumpster constantly is full and bag pile up outside for days. Lights on the outside of the older buildings are constantly out or barely working. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you live in one of the expensive/newer units. The best part about living here is the location.

Old, Overpriced, and do not care about their tenants

I've had issues with Greenbrier Ridge from the start, and am now counting down the days until the end of my lease. When I moved in, I was never informed that tenants have to purchase a parking pass - I only found this out by overhearing it from a former tenant and I had to call and send multiple emails to get an answer. You will get booted if you do not have a pass, so that seems like something you should make sure the tenant knows how to get. They have not provided any information unless you ...

The units are old, mildewy, water damaged, and not properly maintained. The pool is tiny and you have to bring your own chair, since they have none there. People smoke in the units and it seeps into my apartment and has started getting into my clothes and carpets. When I brought this up just after moving in, they would not let me transfer to a different unit, and said that even if I did, it would cost hundreds of dollars to do so (I hadn't even unpacked yet). The AC cannot seem to work efficiently, so my electric bills have been 60% higher here than in my previous apartments in Knoxville despite keeping my apartment at a warm 76 degrees while I'm home. You constantly hear the interstate and trains, so not a quiet place either. There are so many other places that are leaps and bounds nicer for not much more money, and I can't wait to move the second my lease is up. I do not recommend living here!

We moved in very trying time in our lives....our son recovering from Lukiema...and the staff and management could not be better....2 years and counting...love this place.
