Managers not honest!

March 4, 2026This community is a true standout in the area. The grounds are beautiful, and there is a genuine sense of peace throughout the neighborhood. I’ve been very impressed with how serene the environment stays, even during the busier parts of the week. A special acknowledgement to Jennifer, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process she truly went above and beyond to make things easy. It’s clear that the team here puts a lot of effort into keeping the atmosphere is right ...and ensuring residents have a high-quality living experience. February 23, 2026I found The Collier @ Sugar Hill and made an appointment to tour the property and see a couple apartment homes that would be available. I met with Zach and he was so nice and very informative! This property is fairly new and I just loved EVERYTHING about it. I got moved in a few days after applying. February 18, 2026The apartment community is really nice. There are a lot of great amenities, like a gym, large swimming pool, cornhole, outdoor kitchen with a huge tv as well as BBQ,s fire pits and hammocks. Covered parking would make it five stars.Property Manager Responded
