I absolutely love The Colonial! It's in a great location on North St. It's a quiet spot that has a pool and wash room. There's a great area to hangout and relax with a firepit.

Very nice area and close to everything. Units are well taken care of, love the pool and courtyard. Management has done a lot and the maintenance guy he is always great help. My favorite thing is the covered parking and nice staff.
