March 23, 2026The Colony Office Staff is so welcoming and genuinely interested in resident satisfaction. Visiting the office is a very pleasant experience, and the staff goes the "extra mile" to ensure that all concerns are addressed. Maintenance issues are discussed, solutions found, and work is completed efficiently. The Colony Apartments are centrally located with easy access to medical, dental, educational, and grocery businesses nearby. There are two large pools, well-maintained and conveniently located ...on the grounds, as well as a workout gym that is cleaned daily. It is not possible to list all the amenities briefly, but a visit would be well worth your time.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2026Overall I love my apartment and its comforts. I appreciate the security monitoring, I’m blessed to have the tenants that are immediate to me as most are of close age. I don’t necessarily care for the noise of the pool however, some tenants seem to forget that others live next to it and noise carries. July 8, 2024During my move-in, I encountered several problems related to the apartment and its price. I was specifically looking for an option with stainless steel appliances. The management informed me that only one option with that upgrade was available, so I chose a second-floor unit to get a cheaper price. I recommended the apartments to a friend before my move-in. After talking with my friend, I discovered he is paying $100 less than me for a first-floor unit with stainless steel appliances. This is ...unacceptable to me, especially since I signed a 13-month lease. Additionally, I have had the following issues with my apartment: Main Bedroom Toilet: It was spilling water during flushing (Fixed). Air Conditioner: It is making a lot of noise, and the filter is moving from one side to another (Work Order Open). Washer: It is making a very loud noise and moving a lot in the laundry room (Work Order Open). Main Bedroom Shower: The shower needs a replacement of the tub faucet gasket. When I turn on the shower, a lot of water continues to come out of the tub faucet, causing a loss of pressure in the shower (Pending to open Work Order).Property Manager Responded
