March 13, 20191 star only because I could not leave it blank!!! I rented from them and my dogs damaged two blinds, I told them to contact me if I owed anything for them, they said they would take it out of my deposit. However, they attempted to contact an old address, and I never received the supposed letter they sent. They put over $600 on my credit report almost 5 months later claiming all kinds of other damages. They had my phone number, and my email address, and they never tried to contact through either ...of these. I do owe them for the blinds, which was $150, and even if my dog urinated on the carpet, they were changing it anyway, and it should not have cost that much. Lastly, They should have attempted to contact me by phone or email before placing on my credit report. It's all in the details
July 22, 2015I've had several apartments over the years and have to say that the Columns at Cypress Point has been one of my favorites. The designers really thought of everything and the details truly make a difference. I especially love my kitchen. The counter space is very generous. The appliances are contemporary and there are plenty of sockets. I like to cook without feeling cramped, so it's one of my favorite features. I think the crown molding makes it homey and pretty inside. We have well maintained ...smoke alarms and a sprinkler system, which makes me feel safe. We also have reversible windows which are very easy to keep clean. The layout is open. I also like the french door to my patio. The screened in patio is a pleasure, as is the peace and quiet. It's a bit of drive away from the hustle and bustle here, but worth it. The grounds are very well kept. They're pristine and lovely. Being outdoors here is a little slice of nature where you can relax and regenerate. The staff and maintenance are very attentive. They do a great job. I've been here for 5 years now.
