PET OWNERS DO NOT RENT HERE!!
March 17, 2025I originally enjoyed living at The Columns at Oakwood Apts. but the last few years the apartments and surrounding property have been deplorable! Dog poop is everywhere and so is trash. Maintenance is good but the apartments are dated and need to be updated. Management is ok but beware when you move out, especially if you have pets. I got charged $640 for damages because of “pet smells” among other things. When management did a move out pre inspection of my apartment before I moved out, nothing ...was said about any bad smells caused by pets. Even my neighbors said the apartment didn’t smell bad or unusual. You need to avoid renting from The Columns at Oakwood!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
RENTERS BEWARE! f I could place zero stars I would.
June 3, 2022I moved into an apartment less than a year ago and found it was completely flooded just weeks of moving in and by law they are required to tell you as a potential tenant if it had occurred in the last 5 years. Item 17 on the lease also states this law. When you enter a work request it gets closed when not completed and when a survey is sent it doesn't indicate the repair so how do rate it. How to rate something thar wasn't done. Mold/mildew problems and air quality professionals found black ...mold spores.
