Plumbing issues, unprofessional management
March 24, 2026Plumbing is loud and creaky. Sinks and showers constantly having issues to the point in the first year of living there one of my showers ceased to drain and in the same bathroom the ceiling would leak every time my upstairs neighbor showered or bathed in their adjacent bathroom. For years (specifically 6 years) maintenance never changed our air filters till the last check a few months before we left because they just switched maintenance companies. For the last two years up until we moved ...recently for every issue the manager was very rude and uncooperative. When I was in the process of moving out the rest of the staff was very polite and clear about what they needed from me until the next day Veronica was demanding we pay extra fees that noone else mentioned. Including after we had the walk through, turned in the keys, and settled the deposit. It looks nice on the outside and it was a place to live for the 6 years we spent there but I would not make that choice again.Property Manager Responded

Nasty property
January 14, 2023Dogs are allowed to poop where they please to mold all over the grasses and stink up the place. Also super awesome they moved us into our unit with vomit stains on the carpet. Or the lovely mold that constantly grows in our AC. How about when the maintenance disappeared for weeks, and nobody reappeared to take over the job for some time. The whole property is one big nasty disaster and they’re more concerned with taking down our signs asking residents to pick up after their pets since.. you know… ...they don’t… avoid avoid avoidProperty Manager Responded

unorganized, horrible communication, rude, and unprofessional
January 10, 2023Went to tour this apartment complex on multiple occasions, leasing agent smelled awful, one home smelled like cigarettes and weed. Leasing office is extremely unorganized followed by attitudes. Was told 3 days in a row that “I was on vacation” “I don’t know” or “I wasn’t informed” the apartment that we ended up going with was disgusting. Scuffs and crayon marks all over the walls. Dust bunnies on all 4 corners, maintenance left a bunch of dust all over the kitchen. Took 4 reminders to finally ...send my lease. Office has been all over the place the whole time I’ve been dealing with them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Property Manager Responded

Beware!!!!
December 28, 2021I tried to rent a unit here for my elderly mother. Veronica, and the rest of the staff at the Commons clearly did not want to rent this unit to us . After almost a month of them asking for additional documents, we finally just gave up. I have stellar credit & make enough to cover several years of rent. If you are a senior or want to rent for a senior, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! It does not seem like they are welcome here. Also, do not expect much in the way of customer service.
