Work orders Have put in several work orders for multiple things that have still to be fixed we put a work order for a gap in the door thats still there a leak under the sink thats still there and horrible squeaking and creaking in the ceiling from the apartment above us that we're told cannot be fixed because of cost and instead of offering us to switch apartments they we were basically told we'd have to break the lease to sign a new one for a different unit

Responsive maintenance team and good follow-up I appreciate the professionalism of the management team. When an issue came up in our apartment, they followed up and coordinated the repairs properly.
The work was completed well and the team took the time to review everything carefully. It’s good to see management responding and making sure things are handled the right way.

I put in a maintenance request over the weekend and was told it was a non emergency due to it not being 80 degrees outside (regardless of the inside temp). I also informed the maintenance guy that we have wasps on our porch and are unable to open our doors to cool down the home. Now I did my best to be patient and understand that it was the weekend and we did what we could to cool the house down (no cooking, lights off, fans on) Maintenance came the next morning and got the AC working again but ...
in the night it sparked and popped ( a FIRE HAZARD but no concern about that) and went off again. I put in a maintenance request this morning before work and NO ONE came all day. I got home and my house is 80 degrees inside current outside temp is 79 degrees and not 80 ( I took a screenshot with a timestamp since the maintenance guy decided he wanted to argue about it saying it was only 75 despite the fact that I was literally looking at the temp while on the phone ). We were told we have to wait the night out again with no ac EVEN THOUGH I put a request in first thing in the morning.

The worst apartment ever, they complain all the time, they don’t fix places the trash is always a problem, they don’t treat you well even if u pay your rent early, would not recommend any body, I lived there for a year and that gate has been closed 4 to 5 times if I may recall aside that the gate does not work. They only have where cars can go in and out but if u don’t have a car you have to work through a small space in other for you to leave the apartment. It’s crazy so run for your live before ...

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. NOT WORTH IT! Security gate does not work, office manager is complete unorganized and unprofessional! Sewer issues AT LEAST twice a month. Not sure about anyone else’s apartment but the appliances look like they’re from the 90s! You don’t even get a freaking fire extinguisher !!

I am a resident and I have lived at The Commons for two years. When I first moved in I had some maintenance issues, but I have been happy ever since. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as is the maintenance men. I plan on renewing for another year.
