TERRIBLE DO NOT RENT HERE
February 15, 2021I put in a maintenance request over the weekend and was told it was a non emergency due to it not being 80 degrees outside (regardless of the inside temp). I also informed the maintenance guy that we have wasps on our porch and are unable to open our doors to cool down the home. Now I did my best to be patient and understand that it was the weekend and we did what we could to cool the house down (no cooking, lights off, fans on) Maintenance came the next morning and got the AC working again but ...in the night it sparked and popped ( a FIRE HAZARD but no concern about that) and went off again. I put in a maintenance request this morning before work and NO ONE came all day. I got home and my house is 80 degrees inside current outside temp is 79 degrees and not 80 ( I took a screenshot with a timestamp since the maintenance guy decided he wanted to argue about it saying it was only 75 despite the fact that I was literally looking at the temp while on the phone ). September 19, 2020The worst apartment ever, they complain all the time, they don’t fix places the trash is always a problem, they don’t treat you well even if u pay your rent early, would not recommend any body, I lived there for a year and that gate has been closed 4 to 5 times if I may recall aside that the gate does not work. They only have where cars can go in and out but if u don’t have a car you have to work through a small space in other for you to leave the apartment. The WORST
August 2, 2018HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. NOT WORTH IT! Security gate does not work, office manager is complete unorganized and unprofessional! Sewer issues AT LEAST twice a month. Not sure about anyone else’s apartment but the appliances look like they’re from the 90s! You don’t even get a freaking fire extinguisher !!Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2015I love my fully renovated 3/2 1st floor apt. It's easy to take my bike in and out. This apt. is centrally located in Tampa which makes shopping, family visits, walking and riding my bike very convenient. My grand kids love spending the night, playing on the play ground, and going to the pool. This place reminds me of a regular house without the maintenance costs.
