Save your money and go elsewhere. First off management is incredibly rude, if they actually decide to answer the phone. Maintenance is run ragged, the hall ways smell like old garbage and marijuana. We paid 400 for our deposit, not only did they keep every penny but then sent me an email and said I had less then 48 hours to pay almost 800 dollars or we would be sent to collections. No one know what was going on, one thing the definitely knew was I had less then 58 hours to pay up or we would be put into collections, they made that very clear. Our back door never did lock, we had a neighbor upstairs that would stomp so hard it made the cover to our kitchen light fall off and break. I called management, and they told me to call the local police. I would not recommend this place. Definitely not worth the hassle. Save your money, you'll be better off.

Nice apartment with grocery and shops in walking distance. Nice pool indoors but water to cool to swim in. Nice hot tub and gym. Common area room has free internet,fireplace and big screen television. For use on those rare occasions it isn’t rented out for party’s. Don’t rent the small one bedroom to small with tiny bedroom and kitchen,no living room and if you want to trade up to a larger apartment be prepared to pay your security and pet deposit plus a $200 move fee all over again. apartment complexes aren’t built sensibly. Need double pane windows to keep cold air out and better insolation like older apartment complexes built 50 years ago. The price is reasonable in this age of overpriced rentals. Friendly staff and dog, cat friendly.
