treated bad and were ignored
February 2, 2025I was not able to complete the tour at 2pm even though we showed up on time for an appointment we’ve made and had to wait 15min plus for the leasing agent. The leasing agent didn’t greet us nicely and just asked what I was here for. I told her we had an appointment at 2pm but then she walked away and was sitting in her office doing paperwork with another person. We felt she was very disrespectful and we were ignored. We didn’t have a good experience for a scheduled tour….imagine if we were to ...live there??? It’d be a nightmare. Our money is better spent elsewhere where we’d feel respected.Property Manager Responded

Run for your life! Nightmare on Elm Street
May 24, 2023Poorly run. 30-90 days for repairs. Waited 2 years for a concern and it was never settled. Staff are ignorant and rude. Maintenance admits they are putting in bathrooms they don’t know how to repair. Heat broke in the building for the entire week of Christmas - hallways were freezing and electric bill nearly tripled. No apology - nothing. Poor landscaping. Missed 2 storms this past winter - cars parked in the snow for several days. Appliances are bargain basement - not good quality. Lots of smoke ...and mirrors.Property Manager Responded

Don’t rent here...
November 6, 2019If I could give negative stars, I would. Building 1 has constant water problems. I always had my bathroom and bedroom closet flooded and they could never find the source, then there was the huge flood march 27, 2019. I was notified over 8 hours after it happened. After all my stuff was destroyed and my animals were sitting in it. We had to take another unit if there was one or we were out of there. They forced me to choose a unit that I didn’t feel comfortable in and had nothing to move in ...with except the clothes on my back. They said we couldn’t have our units back when they were done. Best apartments I have ever lived at
September 6, 2015Being in the military, I travel a lot and have lived in many different apartments. I have never had a better customer service than I have at The Commons. The community is small and quiet, with plenty of parking. I love the location because of the easy commute to work and shopping near by. The apartment floor plans are large and modern.
