ROACHES
September 8, 2024I lived here in 2021 for one year, the roaches are HORRENDOUS!!!! I asked to be put on a list for exterminators and was never put on it, I had to consistently ask for one to come out. Once he did, he sprayed for two seconds and left. Maintenance does not come out unless rent is threatened to be withheld. Our AC unit had mold in it, I reached out 3 times before anyone came out and when they did all they did was scrub it with a cleaner (no testing of what kind of mold or anything) Parking sucks, ...snow removal also sucked. garbage was constantly overflowingProperty Manager Responded

Pest problem and slow repairs

Such a Wonderful Community to Live in.
August 24, 2015The Commons at Fallsington is centrally located in Morrisville PA, just minutes away from the major highway Route 1. The complex is near Oxford Valley Mall, Sesame Place, many restaurants, stores and, supermarkets. Some of my favorite amenities are the pool and the fitness center. Maintenance is on call 24 hours and is responsible for snow removal. Each unit has air conditioning, spacious closets with a washer and dryer. Apartments on the upper level have balconies and there is ample parking on ...the property. Pets are allowed at an extra cost. The complex is close to Morrisville and Pennsbury schools. There is a wonderful clubhouse on site where the annual Christmas party is held and can be rented for personal parties for a cost. The management staff is caring, warm and they address any issues in a timely manner. The Commons at Fallsington is a great place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Wonderful Place
August 3, 2015I love the new apartment my family and I moved into last month. The space within the apartment is large enough that we don't bump into each other, the neighborhood is very quiet and kept very nice, and the service is wonderful. When the apartment upstairs started leaking into our bathroom, the maintenance was out within the week and repaired the damage.
