It’s apartment living! I give it 5 stars 100%! Tabitha is beyond amazing making sure all the residents are taken care of 100% of the time! Between normal issues you have in apartments her and James are always on it to get your issues resolved ASAP! The complex grounds are kept clean, the laundry center is always clean as well. It’s a very safe environment & residents are like family! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looks for a good place in Midwest city!

Hey there, I wanted to personally share my insight on living in Concord. So, I have been here for 3 years. The complex I can say is always evolving in the best ways. We have a manager (Heather B.) whom is very diligent with keeping Concord a welcoming atmosphere. I would best describe this as a safe place to raise children, definitely has a welcoming office center where your wants and needs are heard and stop in for coffee before work. I know how busy mornings can get and this is truly ...
appreciated. I appreciate that Heather has taken the time out of a busy day to get to know my children. I know if there is anything that may pose as a potential issue , she makes sure to reach out to me and voice any concerns.. bus stops etc. I appreciate the concord community as well. All the tenants get to know each other and the level of respect is something everyone can benefit from. Had a few minor issues in my apartment with my fridge and A/C, Those were addressed immediately. Since becoming a resident a few years ago... one of the things that stuck out for me was NO BUGS!!! They perform a routine visit I believe once a month or every two months. I understand how aggravating that can be coming home from a long day at work and having to deal with that.. Not HERE!!! If your new to the area this is a very decent place to live especially with children , schools near by etc.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! First of all the management is amazing and is a pleasure to work with. The grounds are beautiful, especially the pool! Management hosts events for the tenants which are always a blast! Highly recommend Concord if you are looking for a great place to live in midwest city!

I only lived here 1 yr and it was time to go. The manager was not helpful. They kept almost half my deposit at move out time for no genuine reason. The manager said I should have turned my key in the night drop and charged rent for days I had already moved out. The school district where the apartment is located is however awesome.

The manger, Heather and the maintenance man, James are both awesome. They have always taken care of my questions and maintenance issues very quickly and have been very nice about it. I have lived at places where you have to contact the office every day and still can't get anything done so these apartments have been a welcomed change.
