Amazing place!!
November 2, 2021It’s apartment living! I give it 5 stars 100%! Tabitha is beyond amazing making sure all the residents are taken care of 100% of the time! Between normal issues you have in apartments her and James are always on it to get your issues resolved ASAP! The complex grounds are kept clean, the laundry center is always clean as well. It’s a very safe environment & residents are like family! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looks for a good place in Midwest city!Review from Apartments.com

January 15, 2020Hey there, I wanted to personally share my insight on living in Concord. So, I have been here for 3 years. The complex I can say is always evolving in the best ways. We have a manager (Heather B.) whom is very diligent with keeping Concord a welcoming atmosphere. I would best describe this as a safe place to raise children, definitely has a welcoming office center where your wants and needs are heard and stop in for coffee before work. I know how busy mornings can get and this is truly ...appreciated. I appreciate that Heather has taken the time out of a busy day to get to know my children. I know if there is anything that may pose as a potential issue , she makes sure to reach out to me and voice any concerns.. bus stops etc. I appreciate the concord community as well. All the tenants get to know each other and the level of respect is something everyone can benefit from. Had a few minor issues in my apartment with my fridge and A/C, Those were addressed immediately. Since becoming a resident a few years ago... one of the things that stuck out for me was NO BUGS!!! They perform a routine visit I believe once a month or every two months. I understand how aggravating that can be coming home from a long day at work and having to deal with that.. Not HERE!!! December 19, 2019I cannot say enough good things about this place! First of all the management is amazing and is a pleasure to work with. The grounds are beautiful, especially the pool! Nice location, terrible management
August 27, 2018I only lived here 1 yr and it was time to go. The manager was not helpful. They kept almost half my deposit at move out time for no genuine reason. The manager said I should have turned my key in the night drop and charged rent for days I had already moved out. Potential Renters
October 23, 2015After looking at several houses and dealing with several different home renters and leasing agents, coming to this apartment complex specifically for the area and schools. I came here and Tami with her open and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Of course having to go through the normal application process like everyone else, just having her great customer service was hands down THE BEST. Property was clean, neighborhood was quiet and I hope we will become residents and part of their ...community. Prices are great for the area. So far my best MWC apartment/ home hunting experience!
