I read the prior reviews. I gotta think the bad reviews came from the previous people in the office. The new group's been here about a year...a hurricane of fresh air and ingratiating personalities. Maintenance has been on the spot. Had a backup in the kitchen sink requiring outside company. It was over the weekend and I figured it would be more moola. I could have waited but mgt said, "Cannot have you in this situation". We all know the location is dynamite. Use the gym every other day.

I have been living here for 3 years. Front office has always been helpful. Amenities are excellent and well maintained. Maintenance is awesome! They are very prompt and knowledgeable and things get repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Long story short... Stay far away! Do not listen to anything they say as you will be lied to the entire time. Drove about 1 hour away and when we got there they said they didn't have any apartments available, even though we spoke to them on the phone the night before and they said there was availability. Please don't waste your time and go elsewhere!
