February 22, 2025“Think twice before leasing! They charged me almost $900 for move-out fees, including cleaning, painting, and repairs—none of which were mentioned upfront. I even reported pre-existing issues when I moved in, but they still made me pay for them. Hidden fees and unfair charges make this place not worth it. December 8, 2024Staff has been great and the community always looks nice. Maintenence request are answered and taken care of promptly. Only downfall is my upstairs neighbor who only wears bricks as shoes.Property Manager Responded

November 7, 2024Ive lived in May apartments throughout my life, however the professionalism and kindness of the property management here is something that I have not once come across. Everyone that works at this property is welcoming and helpful. The amenities are always up-kept and accessible.
