February 22, 2025 - Review from Apartments.com“Think twice before leasing! They charged me almost $900 for move-out fees, including cleaning, painting, and repairs—none of which were mentioned upfront. I even reported pre-existing issues when I moved in, but they still made me pay for them. Hidden fees and unfair charges make this place not worth it.
