I've lived here almost 3 yrs now. The maintenance people are great! The apartments are pretty good for the price. Don't waste your money on the reserved parking. People always park in my spot. There is no way of doing anything about it. The office just blows you off. The amenities are ok when they are available but if there's any kind of construction your lease will probably end before it is open again. The pool is a public pool during the summer for the crappy neighborhood next to us and again ...
the office is no help but its not too bad if you dont mind getting high while your hanging out at the pool. If you call the office they tell you to call the police and then bring the police to your apartment to tell you not to call again because you don't own the property. The WiFi worked on occasion until the "upgrade" last month. Now its been 4 or 5 weeks that it hasnt worked. The gates work periodically so IT IS NOT SECURE. For the parents I will say again this is not a secure place. It is near GSU and they do have a shuttle.
