Awesome!
September 4, 2021I went on a walk through today. Ms. Kylie was my tour guide. I can not say enough about how wonderful she was! She was extremely welcoming, pleasant and very informative. I never felt rushed or like she was simply "doing her job". She took time to show me all of the property and its amenities which are numerous! She even showed me the garage because i expressed parking concerns! The building is clean and quiet and the unit itself seemed very well cared for. Every company should have a Kylie for ...their front man! She was awesome. The place is awesome. I hope to be a tenant by the end of the week!Property Manager Responded

LOVE this apartment!
April 18, 2021I just moved into the Conrad about a month ago, and I already love it here. The amenities are amazing, well-maintained, and quiet. I feel extremely safe with the underground parking and well-secured building. In addition, I am able to have my two cats here, which was very important to me. The hot tub/pool is a huge plus, and I am in love with the small balcony that I have. I would recommend living at the Conrad to any and all of my friends.Property Manager Responded
