    Convenient Building has a good location and is designed for easy move-in/move-out. The south side near Leavenworth is really loud due to traffic noise. Can also occasionally hear neighbors through walls. Place is clean, good amenities, friendly staff. Overall, nice place to live.

    I went on a walk through today. Ms. Kylie was my tour guide. I can not say enough about how wonderful she was! She was extremely welcoming, pleasant and very informative. I never felt rushed or like she was simply "doing her job". She took time to show me all of the property and its amenities which are numerous! She even showed me the garage because i expressed parking concerns! The building is clean and quiet and the unit itself seemed very well cared for. Every company should have a Kylie for ...

  • LOVE this apartment!

    I just moved into the Conrad about a month ago, and I already love it here. The amenities are amazing, well-maintained, and quiet. I feel extremely safe with the underground parking and well-secured building. In addition, I am able to have my two cats here, which was very important to me. The hot tub/pool is a huge plus, and I am in love with the small balcony that I have. I would recommend living at the Conrad to any and all of my friends.
