August 28, 2019I just Think it's Wrong to Raise The Tenants' Rent Once Every Year in February Due to The Management Takes Too Many Days Off Everything Gets Pushed Back as Far as Where Maintenance Goes. Plus I Wouldn't Even Move a Dying Relative Here...Review from Apartments.com
