May 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved into Cooper 202 last year, I was relocating quickly for a new job and was assured the apartment would be cleaned before my arrival. After driving from Indiana to Arizona, I arrived to filthy wood floors, dirty appliances and cabinets, stained tubs, missing stove parts, broken sliding doors, and several LED lights out, leaving the apartment dark. Maintenance issues were rarely fixed correctly the first time, and the ice maker alone has been repaired at least four times. I was also ...charged for two extra carports without any adjustment to my account. Overall, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, which is why I chose not to renew my lease. While the property looks nice outside, many interiors need significant updates and new appliances.
