March 2, 2025Apartments and amenities are nice but that’s as far as it goes. Complex was built on a homeless encampment so there’s a lot of shady activity. Recently 2 homeless men got into a fight and one was stabbed and the other was shot right outside the complex in the woods, car break in have become frequent and I don’t feel all that safe walking to the Gym alone anymore once the sun starts going down. They also charge 75 dollars to park in the spots in front of the apartment and the trash service is ...TERRIBLE and completely unreliable, also they charge you for the most random things like having one bag next to the trash instead of on top or the the can not being out there with the trash. Have already made plans to move elsewhere after less than a year.Property Manager Responded
