        ?????????? I’ve been living here for a year and absolutely love it. The location is super convenient—close to shopping centers and the freeway. The community is quiet, respectful, and everyone keeps to themselves, which I really appreciate. I haven’t had a single issue with my unit since moving in.         The Core on Foothill has nice apartments with layouts that are practical. However, communication by the front office staff regarding water shutoffs could be much improved - we often find out the day of if water is going to be shutoff due to an inspection and I know these aren't always surprise inspections. Also - if you're looking to move here because of the solar energy, know that the rates are very close to standard utility rates, though it will be marketed to you as though your electric is ...
