New Management/Ownership
May 9, 2025It’s exciting to see the improvements made here with new ownership and management. The new fitness center is pretty comparable to a commercial gym, just without the fees/crowd, and the common area improvements have been very notable. Having a Kwik Trip right there is also an underrated amenity. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with Vanessa.Review from Apartments.com
Don't live here
January 22, 2024I'm A travel nurse and lived here for 9 months. It was very poorly run place. The police were there almost every night, elevators were constantly breaking down for weeks at a time, dog poop all over the place and people pulling fire alarms in the middle of the night. If you like a contact high from weed you'll definitely enjoy living here. I paid $50 extra monthly for a short term lease, then went to month to month and had to pay $50 extra monthly for that. After giving proper notice I was told ...they were keeping my $750 deposit for breaking a short term lease after paying extra $50/monthly to not be in a lease?? I have called them several times but my calls and messages go unanswered. ACC Management Group INC runs this place and has not returned any calls. I would definitely advise any one to not live here.Property Manager Responded
