The communication from the office and the work done so far on the patio has been terrible. I have emailed photos to the office and can provide a timeline of my requests if needed. Between the poor maintenance work and size of cockroaches I have found in my place I would never recommend this property.

The apartments are great, the neighborhood is quiet even that we are so close to Old Town and bars and restaurant, it's a convenient place to live. My only complaint are the cockroaches maybe because I am besides the Laundry room, not sure if that s the problem or not. Otherwise my experience is great.Property Manager Responded

There were cords on the ground and some of the closets and the floors were overall gross. and beed a good sweep and mop. But overall, I love the space it’s perfect size for me.
