December 1, 2025It has it's pros and cons but more pros than cons. It's in a nice area with options of places to shop and eat at. Layout isn't too crazy and things (for the most part) are kept clean. My biggest complaint is how flooded my front door area gets when it rains. Literally comes up just underneath the door frame.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2025Okayish place, but we’ve been facing issues. This place is supposed to come with WiFi set up already, but our apartment wasn’t. And it feels like it’s our responsibility to get it resolved which is wild, Cortesian couldn’t care less. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at the leasing office, we’re always having to go and speak to them in person cuz they never pick up the phone. Not happy with the maintenance too.Property Manager Responded
