March 29, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE- it’s as simple as that. unless you want to be robbed from money and safety, and have a management team that doesn’t care about you and just wants money. they will promise you a unit with certain features, then put you in a completely different one and charge you the same price. they will leave all gates open and easy to access so anyone can come in. (there have been SWAT raids, meth busts, and gun point robberies). they will let their maintenance team enter an occupied unit with ...no notice, and not leave even after noticing it’s not vacant (we were in shower, and he still wouldn’t leave) they will make you pay a “pet DEPOSIT” (key word there), but won’t return it upon move out, and make you pay full price for what it’s supposed to cover. genuinely a horrible place that just wants your money.Property Manager Responded

Not a place to live
September 6, 2022The community was too rude to respond and they add a lots of charges on customers after they left. For me they charged more than 2 months of rent as a final move out statement and unfair charges in the statement. BTW, I just stayed there for 8 months. Be aware and stay away
July 11, 2021I lived there for 2.5 years, the condition of the unit was really bad when moved in not the same as the model, the walls needed fresh paint, bathroom nasty needed to be refinished specially bath tub, they have structural problem floor started sinking in, you only allowed AT&T for internet since the owner gets some financial gain not allowing other provider and you will an internet through a phone line, grounds unkept, breezeways and street lights are out the whole time lived there. You put in ...service request and you get an email saying complete and no one even came to fix the issue. As soon as you move the don't care about you
April 29, 2020I have lived here for two months, and the apartments seems really nice. The washing machine was filthy, the dryer was broken, microwave broken, and still is broken, one of the light fixture had the wrong size bowl, and it shattered everywhere, but all that doesn't really matter. It the fact I have sent emails, call them, gone down there, and every time i get a hold of someone the never have a solution just we will have someone call you. Poor Poor Poor
August 13, 2019The staff isn’t that knowledgeable due to poor training and leadership from management. They don’t reply or respond to anyone’s calls yet they will be ademate to only contact when they need something from you. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate from the loud parties after hours to not keeping any gates secure in a gated community for days and weeks on end to getting locked in the clubhouse or the ridiculously limited parking spaces in general. They don’t care for their tenants just as long as ...their keeping people entertained.
