Not very clean and appliances are outdated
August 6, 2022Most of the appliances are very old and do not work as well considering the price. Had a persistent bug problem that I received very little help with solving from the building. Manager is nasty and has a terrible attitude.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Value
December 9, 2020Cosmopolitan is situated conveniently in Center City accessible to public transportation, groceries, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. Mostly everything is walkable. The door men, maintenance staff, and the manager Bonni are very responsive and kind. I chose to move here because it was absolutely the best value in town. I hated to move. Unfortunately I had to move for personal reasons. Otherwise, I would have continued to renew the lease.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015This two bedroom two bath apartment has high ceilings and loads of space. Recently updated bathroom and kitchen with W/D , dishwasher and garbage disposal. Huge windows provide lots of light with great views. Located in the heart of center city Philadelphia, this location couldn't be any better for dining, shopping and nightlife.Review from Apartments.com
