We are located just minutes from Fort Smith. We are a 55 plus independent senior living community. Our tenants will have all utilities paid including housekeeping weekly, scheduled weekly activities, Quest Transportation 2x per month per tenant. We do have a spacious dog park, trash back door pick-up, on site management and maintenance. Our community is extremely quiet and all lower level units. These are a MUST SEE!!
