If I could leave zero stars, I would. The property management here has shown a total lack of organization, accountability, and basic consideration for their residents.
Terrible Scheduling: They set the official move-in date literally the day before university classes start, creating a massive logistical nightmare for out-of-state students driving hours to get here.
Inconsistent & Misleading Communication: Calling their office is a waste of time. Every time you speak to someone, you get a ...
completely different story. They gave conflicting information regarding move-in procedures, failed to process requests submitted months in advance, and then brushed off the issue when confronted.
Dismissive Customer Service: Instead of taking responsibility for their staff giving out incorrect information, management acts completely nonchalant and defensive because the headache doesn't affect them personally.
Setting up students for chaos right before the semester starts while refusing to provide consistent answers is irresponsible and scammy. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for housing.
