Not a nice place
September 8, 2023Poor management. Property do not take call because the telephone system is down all the time. Unit #239 has moled cabinet week before they fixed. Dryer for 5 tenants do not work. December 12, 2022I’ve lived at The Cottages for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! But even more than me, my dog loves living here! We love all of the resident events that are held revolving around pets and walking around the lake trail. The green spaces are absolutely perfect for us and registering my dog through the office was super easy! LOVE the Cottages!
November 4, 2022The Cottages has the sweetest staff. They make a genuine effort to get to know residents (and residents' pets!). They host events throughout the year, and these events are great opportunities to make new friends if you've just moved to Tuscaloosa. They definitely take care of residents in every way they can. I also highly recommend the Cottages for pet owners- they have walking trails by the lake and huge green spaces, so my dog has plenty of room to play.
