I have reached out to Cody the leasing manager about not being able to park near our unit due to visitors taking spots, so if you don’t want to be concerned about towing, I recommend living here. They have never towed in my 11 months living here, I consistently have to park streets down from where I live because of parking. If you’re not home before 12 there are no spots. When we have had mandatory inspections they make accommodations in ...
which they tell you the time they are coming (you don’t get to pick they just tell you a day and time instead of a 3 day window). When they came for the inspection they were 2 hours late and did not have anyone from the leasing office with these random contractors when looking through my apartment. The WiFi never works, it’s such horrible quality and you don’t get to choose if you provide your own internet. I have had so many frustrations with this apartment complex and the lack of care or acknowledgment from the leasing office has just made it miserable, it is too expensive to not have good quality management to help resolve issues. The internet stops working frequently and for long periods of time (hours/days at a time). We were also under the illusion that a dog park with turf was “coming soon” when we signed our lease 6 months ago. There is a fenced in area, but is barren and a far cry from a “dog park” Everyone in the development has been super friendly and it’s a quiet little community. I have no complaints about that! I also really love having a fenced in back yard. Overall I don’t feel that there is a good value for money spent here in comparison to other rental options in the area.
