I love this quaint, quiet community! Although it started rough with an unclean apartment upon move in, the team at the cottages has helped to make it feel more like a home.

Mgmt has done admirably in screening Tenants who are considerate and have well behaved animals. I have been a Tenant for 10 years and I could tell you some past horror stories from unskilled previous mgrs.

I have lived at the cottages on Edmonds for approximately 5 years my experience has been satisfaction with the leasing personnel the community within itself is very well kept I feel safe in my surroundings and I would encourage anyone else to inquire for their family to live here

There's two trash dumpsters and recycling bin. The two trash are stacked in front of each other and is always full, the one in the back is so hard to get to which is ridiculous. Don't even try to throw your trash out over the weekend it is always full. Mailbox just got broken into. Takes forever for water to get hot and washer barely washes well even with little bit of clothes. Go someplace else this apartment is ridiculous

I have enjoyed my time living at The Cottages on Edmonds. The management and staff are helpful and friendly. The apartments are located in a quiet area with friendly and quiet residents. The location of the apartments are just minutes away from shopping and has quick and easy routes to and from the airport.

The manager is very helpful. She responds to issues in a timely manner. We had a serious flooding problem on our front porch area for over 4 years. She got it fixed in one week. The work crew was only there 2 days and fixed it right. She even showed us how to login to pay rent online instead of just telling us. We appreciate her patience with senior residents.
