I’ve really enjoyed living at The Courtney at Universal. The location is hard to beat, and being able to see the Epic Universe fireworks right from my window is definitely a perk! ?? The saltwater pool is great, and overall the community is relatively quiet, relaxed, and comfortable. Communication can sometimes be a little difficult, but it looks like there’s new management coming in, and with more competition in the area, I’m hopeful we’ll see some improvements. I've really enjoyed my time as a resident of The Courtney at Universal Blvd. The staff is great. The maintenance team completes request in a timely fashion. The location is ideal. The amount of care that the landscapers put into keeping the community is greatly appreciated. Also appreciated is the valet trash service and community events. All of these are just some of the reasons that led me to recently renew my lease.

The Courtney has been a very enjoyable place to live. The unit is comfortable for my needs, the staff is friendly and personable, maintenance is responsive and usually pretty quick to resolve maintenance work orders, the amenities are nice too like the gym and pool. Location wise it is a very convenient location. Publix is down the road and Walmart is not too far either. There’s restaurant options within walking distance. It’s easy to avoid traffic and avoid getting on I4 to get to other areas of ...
Orlando. It’s also a comfortable walk to Epic Universe where you can even take the Universal busses to CityWalk so the parks truly become your backyard. Con: When the park is doing fireworks they are very loud. It’s mandatory to pay for a package delivery service although every delivery carrier is capable of delivering to your door. Rent will go up pretty drastically at renewal even when no extra value has been added to the community or the unit.
