About The Courtyard
Courtyard8 is located in the University District, walking distance to UW main campus in Seattle. The building is completed in 2016 and it is designed with an open center courtyard accessible to all units. Courtyard8 has 59 studio units. Each unit is approximately 250 square feet of living space that includes: studio area, kitchen, cloth closet and bathroom. Each unit is furnished with a study desk, a chair and a twin-size bed with mattress. U-District rates a walk score of 91. Just steps from UW campus, the Ave, Husky Stadium, and much more. -Water/sewer/garb/gas and electricity is paid by the tenant and will be billed directly to each unit from Seattle Lights. -Cable TV, Internet and telephone, if desired, will be the tenant's responsibility. -No smoking, no drugs and no pets are allowed on premises. To reserve your unit, please submit the application form with the following deposit: Non-refundable Application/Screening fees: $40.00. September 3, 2023Staying for 3 years now and truly enjoy the quiet ambiance and open courtyard. Also like the clean and well maintained building with good management. Keyless entry is a plus, no worry of loosing key. Entry gate added security to the building.Review from Apartments.com
