great condominium I live Here for 7 years the only problem that is always moving to the top apartment where I live go over the apartment and the people who change are not in the office I already complained about it and they do nothing if you can moving for the courts yard apt you name no need stay

Been here over two years. Can’t wait to leave. They enforce ridiculous policies and ignore the REAL issues. Parking situation is a mess and they don’t accommodate your guests. Units are decent sized.

Was a dream

This place was a dream then about a year in crime became a real problem, including a gang shooting involving innocent apartments, vandalism, late night ODs and unsupervised kids terrorizing cars and stealing packages. Glad I got out when I did! The management even sent out a notice for the shooting saying it was an incident with fireworks. Blows my mind.

As the new manager here at The Courtyards the safety of our residents is a top priority. Unfortunately , there was one isolated incident that occurred in the past, as can happen anywhere. Be assured we do not tolerate criminal activity of any kind. The Courtyards is a great place to live, and I hope that if you find yourself looking to move again that you would consider coming back to The Courtyards.

The Courtyards has been my home for the last seven years. It has a heated pool and a cardio room and the kindest staff in the world. If ever there is a problem, the staff are right on top of it. They treat everyone like family and have parties on special occasions for the residents. I've never lived any where that has been as nice as here.
A friendly place to live and grow

When looking for a place to move, my girlfriend and I looked all over South Jersey for a friendly community that was inexpensive, had ample room for our fur-babies (A dog and cat), and was close to work and family. Here at the Courtyards we found all of what we needed - there is a dog park for our little guy, the apartment is surprisingly spacious for the price (we chose the 1 bed w/ den) and we are within a 5-10 minute drive of both our families and many of our friends.
The apartment was clean ...
upon arrival and all of our services work well, especially the AC unit which has been extremely efficient. We live on the first floor, and very rarely do we hear any noise from our neighbors - either above, or to the side. Parking is always available as well, no matter the time of day.
There are of course minor gripes - such as work being done on the primary water main for the development which caused a short outage in water service for half a day. Our dishwasher had an issue draining, and there are some slight cracks in the paint that revealed themselves after a couple weeks of having moved in.
Aside from those complaints, it has been nice getting my hands dirty painting and replacing some fixtures to make it feel more like OUR home - but if you choose to do this just remember that the apartment must be returned to its normal state with the standard fixtures re-installed!
I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who lives (or wants to live) in the Philly suburbs on the Jersey side - it is close to Rt. 130, 295, 95 and 38. It lies within 10 minutes of the Burlington Bristol and the Tacony-Palmyra bridges, so access to Philly is quite easy as well. You get to have your peace and quiet, and your access to the city all at the same time! What's not to like?
