This apartment's location is great. So easy to get to stores, restaurants, and highways. I was in the area for a short amount of time and they had the perfect lease for my short stay. Maintenance was quick and courteous and the office staff was so responsive and helpful. I even got to bring my dog with me. They had a dog park for her too!

Growing up in West Springfield, I've always been familiar with the area, as I constantly drove by doing routine errands. After returning to mass from a decade in Florida, I knew I had to stop in. Nicole in the office was very pleasant and I just got a good feeling overall. Walking back out to my car I bumped into one of the residents who had nothing but great things to say as well. The Courtyards is unlike any apartment I've ever had. Everyone is so friendly and it's nice that the employees are always smiling and in a good mood. Good customer service goes a long way with me, so this was a big selling point. I don't have any pets, but it's nice that they take them, & the location itself is unbeatable. I recommend them.

I’m so happy I’ve chosen to go with these apartments. I like that they were recently done over and my neighbors are all very nice. The move in process was very easy, right from the start and I liked that I didn’t have to keep going in person to fill out my application and to get approved. My office is close by and I like not having to worry about where I’m parking.

I had the opportunity to meet with Nichole at The Courtyards today for a tour. Seeing the pictures online, and knowing studios don't normally look like that, I had to see it in person. Nichole told me all the apartments are the same, but seeing one that really did look like the ads really surprised me (pleasantly so!). Overall I was very pleased by the apartment itself and by the customer service I received. I felt like an actual person, not just another number.

I've never thought of the term "customer service" being something I'd use when it comes to my apartment, but in this case, it's applicable. Yes, my apartment is great, but the office is fabulous! They actually answer the phone when I call, and are always open during their office hours, unlike other places I've lived. Definitely a 5 star place *****

The Courtyards Apartments in West Springfield are a very nice place to live. They are very convenient and very close to all the major highways, 91, Mass Pike, as well as Route 5, Route 20 and the shopping areas for food other needs for your household in West Springfield, Westfield, Agawam and Holyoke and we are very close to Enfield or Hartford, CT. I am happy for that when I have the need to travel. It is a very safe community and very quiet. Also, if you require public transportation, the ...
apartments are on the PVTA busline on Route 20 right outside the building going East and West, the R10 and R20 Bus Routes. Also, there is a mailbox right across the street from the apartments. The mail comes daily, usually around 4sh P.M. If you do have a UPS package or Fed Ex Package from which cannot fit in your mail slot, the postal service will leave a key in your mailbox so that you may retrieve the package in one the of 2 big lock boxes next to the mailboxes. Smaller packages or envelopes will be placed at your doorstep. The office is absolutely wonderful! The office manager, Nicole, is always available and always ready and be there for you to respond quickly to any issue that you may require if needed! She is a true asset to Aspen Square Management. Also, the Maintenance Team is simply amazing! Immediate response, great and amazing service and they will have your back! The grounds are always very clean! Thanks so much Maintenance Team! The trash disposal comes on a daily basis as well as recyclable items, paper, cardboard and plastic which are available in the 3 blue bins. The trucks come daily, usually around 4 A.M. each day. On side note, the apartments are very pricey from what you receive in return for the studio apartments are on the smaller scale. However, convenience may outweigh the price. I've lived at Courtyards for about a year now and things have always been great. My neighbors are nice enough, but everyone really keeps to themselves.The employees have all been wonderful and my apartment is something I don't mind inviting people over to. When my car broke down I still had options to walk to. My lease expires next month and I'll be staying at least a few more years.
