Waste of time
July 24, 2018Horrible management not fit for her job place is infested with spiders roaches and ants. 2nd day here killed 4 spiders allready apartment flooded because the maintenance didn’t put the drain hose in the wall from the washer properly.They didn’t answer for a couple hours on their emergency line. Had to call the off duity police officer to call the office employees till someone responded. Manager tried telling us it rotated off its axis because we put “to big of a comforter in their” its a queen ...size comforter and they obviously do not know how a washer actually works . After the unprofessional manager kept giving me attitude i went back to my apartment to get a pen and paper to ask for corporates phone number.Came back to the office and THEY LOCKED ME OUT went back to my apartment called them and they picked right up. I proceeded to ask for corporates phone number and they said they would have to email it to me and still no answer. Horrible place with unfit management waste of our time and money. DO NOT GO HERE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE !!!!Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2017We have been at the Cove for 1 month now and loving it! The pool area is fantastic along with all the staff! It is well maintained and our needs are met quickly, professionally and effectively!
