May 28, 2025Love living at the Cove. I love living at the cove. I plan on signing my, I believe my 4th lease. Karen and Evan are the best. Chase is always professional and caring if any maintenance is required. The reason I gave a #4 for a rating is due to the dog areas and much of the grounds being very muddy due to the lack of grass. February 10, 2025An Amazing Place to Live I have been a resident for over a year now and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about The Cove. The ones who run it are sweet, kind, and very considerate. My issues always gets fixed extremely fast and the maintenance people are so knowledgeable. I love the fact that someone empties my trash during the week, because I am so busy. My neighbors are great and quiet. Haha. The accommodations here are fantastic. I love working out when I can, and our facility is always ...open. The pool is nice and clean always. Karen and Evan have really made it very peaceful for me.
