August 7, 2025Wouldn't be anywhere else! I have lived at the Cove on 2 different occasions. After leaving the first time for personal life issue, when I needed a place again, I came back. The Office staff as well as Maintenance staff were the deciding factors. The property is always well maintained and response to any needs has always been excellent. I have recommended the Cove to friends and would highly recommend to anyone needing a great place to live with great amenities and convenient location. May 28, 2025Love living at the Cove. I love living at the cove. I plan on signing my, I believe my 4th lease. Karen and Evan are the best. Chase is always professional and caring if any maintenance is required. The reason I gave a #4 for a rating is due to the dog areas and much of the grounds being very muddy due to the lack of grass.
