    Lived here 2015-17 and adored it. After relocating for work, I’ve been in 3 apartments since then and The Cove is the gold standard I keep comparing to. My 1bd1bath was the perfect size for my needs, well cared for, and the vaulted ceilings were gorgeous. All apartments have a scenic balcony view and easy access to the nearby bike path. Matinence was always prompt and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend this complex if you want a quiet, spacious, affordable apartment out in the country.

  • Cove Apartments

    The apartments have huge bedrooms which are nice. The kitchen and dining room are open, but there is not a very big dining area. The grounds are very nice, but the garbage area is always a disqusting mess.The maintence and management are pretty nice. I love the grounds sitting out by the lake is nice. I do wish they had screen doors though. I think the rent is two high for these apartments. There does seem to be police out here once in a while, but nothing terrible.     think. They allow bets which is really nice. I do love the fact the walls are pretty sound proof. I only hear my neighbors when something is dropped or a door slammed. Over all, pretty nice place.

  • Great area

    The location of this apartment is awesome, super close to Gender Rd and Hamilton Rd, perfectly in the middle. The grounds are clean and the apartments are quiet and I feel very safe here. My only complaints are any maintenance issues haven't really been resolved in a timely manner. But, other than that they're great.
